Horrible experience here, booked this for my mother and her friends. They had given away rooms to rowdy teenagers who were 8-10 people per room and created a ruckus and were misbehaving. Spoilt the vacation for other guests. How is giving 8 people per room allowed by the resort. Poor quality service and accommodations, no one to help out the guests. Never booking this hotel again. The staff have refused to address this or offer any refund

The experience at the camp was terrible. Cold shoulder attitude of the staff. Amenities promised were not provided. The tent was dirty, no extra blankets were provided in the freezing cold weather. No welcome drink, no water and not even kettle was provided. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The Resort is offering Drinks on Double Rate And The Dinner And Breakfast was very bad, All Dancers Demanding for Tip , And It's too Much Costly, The Cleaness was very bad 😞😔, And this Resort is different from photo

Staying at Jaisalmer Desert Resort was a big letdown. The rooms were not clean, and it felt like they hadn't been updated in ages. The staff didn't seem to care much about making guests feel welcome or helping with any issues. The things they said the resort had were either broken or not there at all, making it frustrating. Even the food, which is usually a highlight, was disappointing. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Jaisalmer Desert Resort because it just didn't live up to expectations in terms of cleanliness, service, and overall experience. Food was specifically a big disappointment for all of us.

Good resort and satisfactory facilities. They were charged for the package But No drinking water provided even after asking 3 to 4 times. Unhealthy food at dinner But ok at breakfast

Worst camp...only 💰 is needed from customers...no luxurious tents or nothing..we were taken to this camp for folk dance show, dinner and lunch...only two tents were booked out of 15 tents...food quality was also worst...not at all worthy. They also asked me to give 5/5 review on spot before leaving.
